From the North (Rochester area):

Take I-90 E (NY Thruway) to Exit 43 (Manchester). Turn right onto NY-21 S. Turn left at the 1st cross street onto NY-96 S. Turn right on Church Street — the Arts Center is on your left.

From the South (Corning/Elmira area):

Take Rt. 14 North through Watkins Glen and Geneva. Merge onto NY-96 N via the ramp to Phelps. In Phelps, turn left on Church Street — the Arts Center is on your left.

From the East (Syracuse area):

Take I-90 W. Take exit 42 toward NY-14/Geneva-Lyons. Turn right onto NY-14 S. Use the right lane to merge onto NY-96 N via the ramp to Phelps. Turn left on Church Street — the Arts Center is on your left.

From the West (Buffalo area):

Take I-90 E to Exit 43 (Manchester). Turn right onto NY-21 S. Turn left at the 1st cross street onto NY-96 S. Turn right on Church Street — the Arts Center is on your left.
