Directions

From the North (Rochester area):

Take I-90 E (NY Thruway) to Exit 43 (Manchester). Turn right on Rt. 96 South through Shortsville into Phelps. Turn left on Church Street — the Arts Center is on your right.

From the South (Corning/Elmira area):

Take Rt. 14 North through Watkins Glen and Geneva. In Phelps, turn left on Church Street — the Arts Center is on your right.

From the East (Syracuse area):

Take I-90 W to Exit 42 (Geneva). Take Rt. 14 South into Phelps. Turn right on Church Street — the Arts Center is on your right.

From the West (Buffalo area):

Take I-90 E to Exit 43 (Manchester). Turn right on Rt. 96 South through Shortsville into Phelps. Turn left on Church Street — the Arts Center is on your right.
